The Italian thin ball valve CF3M Italian thin electric ball valve is a new generation of ultra short flange pitch ball valve developed by introducing Italian technology for domestic design. The ball core channel shapes are rectangular, V-shaped, and O-shaped.
The valve plate of the wafer type thin ball valve and flange gate valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline.
In the cylindrical channel of the valve body, the disc shaped valve plate rotates around the axis, with a rotation angle between 0 ° -90 °. When the rotation reaches 90 °, the valve plate is fully open. The wafer type butterfly valve has a simple structure, small volume, and light weight, and is only composed of a few parts. Moreover, the valve can be quickly opened and closed by rotating it 90 °, with simple operation and excellent fluid control characteristics.
When the ball valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the valve plate is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated through the valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics. There are two types of sealing for tower valves: elastic sealing and metal sealing. Elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can be embedded on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the valve plate.
