It can meet the technical requirements for multi angle rotation such as 0-90 °, 0-120 °, 0-135 °, 0-180 °, etc.

The AT pneumatic actuator is a specialized actuator that converts the air supply pressure through a 90 degree change and a series of mechanical transmissions to output torque force. 

The structural design is a dual piston rack and gear transmission, which has two forms of action: double action and single action (spring return). The direction of action can be flexibly set to positive or negative according to on-site needs. 

AT pneumatic actuators are different from traditional products in that the adjustment bolts on one side of the actuator are more precise and convenient to adjust the valve opening and closing position.

The precision machined inner and outer surfaces are treated with hard anodizing (anodizing+Teflon coating in special cases), resulting in superior wear resistance and longer service life. AT pneumatic actuators are suitable for controlling valves with a 90 ° angle stroke, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves.
