The QFH air filtration pressure reducing valve (also known as the QFH air filtration pressure reducing valve) is an auxiliary device of the pneumatic membrane regulating valve combination unit.
After inputting 0.3~1.0MPa compressed air, it can provide 0.14 ± 10% MPa clean air source to the pneumatic remote control panel and valve locator.
Working principle of QFH air filtration pressure reducing valve: When compressed air of 0.3~1.0MPa is input, it enters the filtration chamber
Conduct water, oil, and dust removal treatment. Due to the given spring force, the ball valve is pushed open, causing air pressure to flow through the ball valve into the output pipeline and enter the feedback chamber through a small hole
At this point, the force exerted by the air pressure on the diaphragm reaches equilibrium with the given spring force. However, due to the interference of external use, the output pressure may be high or lower than the given value. If the output pressure is lower than the given value, the force on the diaphragm loses balance with the given spring force, and the diaphragm moves downwards, causing the ball valve to open for air pressure compensation.
If the output pressure is higher than the given value, the diaphragm will shift upwards. At this point, the valve stem and diaphragm core will leave, and the air pressure will be discharged from the small hole to the atmosphere until a new balance is reached.
Therefore, the output pressure can always be set at the desired given value. The control air source of the pneumatic valve combination unit is 0.14MPa.
